Since the early days of his career he could not find shock absorbers tough enough to withstand his aggressive driving style. All Holden Commodore TEIN kits (VT – VZ / VE) were developed in house at TEIN Australia, for the best ride and handling results in Australian conditions and carry a 2yr/40’000km factory warranty when purchased through GSL RallySport!

Sport Damper – Entry level

The TEIN Sport Damper is the evolution of the popular BASIC Coil over. The shortened shell case design provides optimum damper stroke at lower than standard vehicle ride height. Vehicle ride height is adjustable via the ZT coated threaded sleeve. Sport dampers are great for daily and spirited driving.

The Mono Flex kit is designed specifically for the VE Commodore Sedan, Wagon & Ute as a long term project to for the TEIN Australia R=D team with the design brief to be to deliver the very best possible Sports Suspension solution in one complete package for this iconic Australian car.

Once completed, they were given to V8 Supercar driver Jonathon Webb to test who described them as having "Transformed my HSV into the best handling Street Commodore I have ever driven!"

Electronic Damping Force Controller

Description:

The EDFC (Electronic Damping Force Controller) makes it possible for the driver to control the damping force at the touch of a button while in the driver's seat. This is accomplished by controlling stepping motors installed on each shock absorber. Because the damping force can be controlled with such ease, the driver can adjust the suspension to suit all road/track conditions, allowing the driver to fully enjoy the driving experience.
